Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces.
Step 2
Pour about a glass of water into a skillet, add mayonnaise and chicken. Add the finely chopped garlic and simmer covered for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and add salt.
Step 4
Grease muffin tins with oil and layer the grated potatoes to form nests. Place the chicken in the center.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 465°F for 20–25 minutes.
Step 6
Grate the cheese. Finely chop the green onions.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished tartlets with onions and cheese. Return to the oven for another 5–10 minutes.
