Description

Delicious both hot and cold (if it lasts that long). The dough turns out incredible, airy, tender, and very interesting in taste. Instead of minced meat, you can use sautéed mushrooms or a mixture of minced meat and mushrooms. Enjoy your meal!!!

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Ground Caraway 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Ground meat 20 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes until tender.

Step 2

Sauté the finely chopped onion, add the minced meat, and cook until done. Drain the water from the potatoes, add the butter, a glass of warm milk, mash, and beat with a mixer. Add the flour, salt, pepper, and 3 eggs, and mix well again.

Step 3

Add a glass of warm milk and stir. The dough will be liquid.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with butter, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and potato seasoning. Pour in the dough and sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes (until golden brown). The dough is very tender and a bit difficult to work with to avoid tearing; you can add more flour to eliminate these issues, but I prefer it delicate and airy.

Step 6

Cover the work surface with foil, and flip the base onto it with the parchment paper, remove the paper, and spread the filling.

Step 7

Sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.

Step 8

Carefully roll the roll using the foil; if the dough cracks somewhere, it can be easily fixed later. Wrap tightly in foil like a candy and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.

Step 9

Remove and unwrap.

Step 10

Slice into portion-sized pieces, not too thin (it can be sliced thinly when cold).
