Description

- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons

- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them, and let them cool slightly so they can be grated on a coarse grater. Add salt and raw eggs. Add ground pepper, oregano, parsley, or dill to taste.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture onto a floured board and shape into patties.
Step 3
Fry in olive oil over medium heat on both sides.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream, sweet mustard, or a vegetable salad.
