
Potato Pancakes with Sausage

Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 10 pieces
- Cervelat Sausage 10 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
I recommend cutting the sausage into strips (though any other shape is fine, just make sure it's small enough).
Step 3
Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes on a coarse grater or pass them through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Add garlic, flour, sausage, onion, and season with salt and pepper to taste to the potatoes. Then mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Fry the potato pancakes in well-heated oil until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve the pancakes hot, garnished with herbs and sour cream sauce (you can substitute sour cream with mayonnaise or any other store-bought sauce if desired).
