Ingredients

  • Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Champignon Mushrooms 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel, wash, and grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Peel the onions, finely chop them, and combine with the potatoes.

Step 3

Add salt, flour, and pepper to the potatoes. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.

Step 4

Heat a frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, place the pancakes in the pan and slightly flatten them. They should not be too thick to cook well.

Step 5

Fry the pancakes in hot vegetable oil on both sides until a delicious golden crust forms, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 6

Clean and wash the onions and mushrooms. Chop as desired. Place in the heated pan, fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve the pancakes hot with fried mushrooms or garlic sauce.
