- Morels 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 20% Sour Cream 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and grate them using a fine grater. Add spices to taste.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms with the onions until golden brown.
Step 3
Combine the potatoes with the mushrooms, then add flour and eggs to the mixture. Mix everything together.
Step 4
In a hot skillet with oil, use a tablespoon to drop the potato pancakes. Fry on both sides until cooked through. Serve with sour cream.
