- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Onion 150 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Ground clove 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Pork Mince 10 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
You will also need 250 grams of chicken mince. You can use ready-made mince or blend 250 grams of chicken fillet in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Add baking soda to the sour cream at room temperature. The sour cream with soda will prevent the potatoes from darkening quickly.
Step 4
Peel the raw potatoes. Rinse well under running water and dry slightly.
Step 5
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.
Step 6
Add the prepared sour cream, salt, and pepper to the grated potatoes. Mix everything well.
Step 7
Grate 100 grams of onion on a fine grater and add it to the potato mixture. Mix well with a spoon.
Step 8
To bind the onion-potato mixture, add the raw chicken egg and mix everything until smooth.
Step 9
Add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour to the mixture and mix everything well.
Step 10
Combine the resulting mixture with the chicken mince and mix well until homogeneous.
Step 11
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on the heat.
Step 12
Carefully place the pancake batter into the frying pan using a tablespoon.
Step 13
Fry the pancakes over medium heat under a lid on both sides until golden brown. Place the finished pancakes on a plate. It is best to serve them warm with sour cream.
