  • Potato 10 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Onion 1 head
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat Flour 3 spoons
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and dry them. Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater, and grate the cheese using a fine grater. Finely chop or grate the onion, crush the garlic, and add salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix everything well, adding flour as needed (to avoid excess moisture), and mix again thoroughly.

Step 2

Heat the skillet well, add oil, and spoon in the potato mixture. Reduce the heat and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Flip it over, cover with a lid after a minute, and continue frying until golden brown on the other side.
