- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them until cooked. Drain the water, add the egg and 50 g of butter. Make meatballs from the mashed potatoes, coat them in flour, and fry on all sides until golden brown.
Step 2
Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, add them to the onion, and continue frying. Add a pinch of flour, salt, pepper, and cream, and simmer for a bit.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter, place the meatballs in it, pour the sauce over them, and put in a preheated oven at 355°F for 5 minutes.
