Potato Lasagna
Ingredients
- Beef 0 lbs
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Onion 0 lbs
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Water to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and slice them into half-centimeter thick rounds.
Step 2
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.
Step 3
Cut the meat into pieces (about 50-70 grams). Sauté in a pan until cooked. Season with salt and pepper. In the same pan (do not drain the meat juices), sauté the onion. Add the tomatoes to the onion and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Layer in the pan - potatoes, meat, onion and tomato mixture, potatoes (no more than 4 layers).
Step 5
Pour water into the lasagna until it reaches halfway. Add soy sauce. Cover the lasagna with a lid and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the top layer of potatoes is cooked. Once the potatoes are ready, remove the lasagna from the heat and let it rest. I recommend adding chili pepper.
