
Potato Gratin with Basil

Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Mix the cream, cream cheese (I used a common brand), 150 g of grated cheese, and add half of the basil.
Step 3
Combine the cream mixture with the potatoes.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with oil. Spread the future gratin in the dish, smooth it out, sprinkle with the remaining basil, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes at 390°F.
Step 5
After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven, take off the foil, sprinkle with 150 g of cheese, and bake for another 30–40 minutes.
