Ingredients

  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Wheat Flour ½ cup
  • Baking Powder 0.7 teaspoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Scallions 2 pieces
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Parsley 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the cold boiled potatoes and grate them coarsely.

Step 2

Finely chop the green onion, and crush or grate the garlic.

Step 3

Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Step 4

Add the egg, mix, then pour in the milk and stir.

Step 5

Add a pinch of black pepper, green onion, feta cheese, and garlic to the batter, and mix thoroughly.

Step 6

Add the grated potatoes.

Step 7

Finely chop the parsley or cilantro, add it to the batter, and mix everything well.

Step 8

Heat oil in a pan and place 1 tablespoon of batter onto the heated pan, spaced apart.

Step 9

Fry on both sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
