  • Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Onion ½ head
  • Seitan 0 oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the potatoes, onion, and seitan. In a non-stick skillet, heat a little olive oil, add the onion, seitan, and soy sauce. Then add the potatoes and simmer everything on low heat until the potatoes turn golden brown. Mix well and add vegan cheese, cut into pieces. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

When the cheese starts to melt, use a plate to flip the frico and fry it on the other side.

Step 3

Serve the frico hot, along with sautéed mushrooms and pieces of polenta.
