Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Butter to taste
- Cream 4 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, mash them, and let them cool. Add the cream, a large piece of butter, and salt. Whip the mixture until it becomes airy. Chill. Add a little flour and knead the dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each into thin flatbreads.
Step 3
Fry each flatbread on both sides until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes). Transfer them to parchment paper.
Step 4
Serve the flatbreads warm, brushed with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
