- Potato 7 pieces
- Butter 4 spoons
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Milk 20 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 oz

Step 1
In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and stir-fry until golden brown. Then pour in the milk, add salt and pepper, mix well, and remove from heat.
Step 2
Slice the potatoes into rounds and arrange them in a dish in two layers: the first layer of potatoes, salt, pepper, cheese, followed by the second layer of potatoes. Pour the milk mixture over the top, then add salt, pepper, and cheese.
Step 3
Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour at 390°F. Then remove the foil and brown for about 10 minutes until golden crust forms.
