- Rice 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Safflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, cool them, peel, and grate them on a coarse grater. Cook the rice in salted water until fluffy.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and carrot. Combine the potatoes with the rice, carrot, and onion, add salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix everything thoroughly and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Form cutlets, coat them in flour, dip in egg, and fry in hot oil. Serve with sour milk or salad.
