Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Morels 6 pieces
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In vegetable oil, sauté the diced onion. Add finely chopped mushrooms and sauté everything together for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain almost all the water (leave 50 grams). Mash the potatoes, add 2 tablespoons of potato starch, and mix thoroughly again. Let it cool slightly. Divide the potato mixture into equal balls and flatten them into patties.
Step 3
Place the sautéed mushrooms in the center.
Step 4
Shape into balls, coat in flour, and fry in vegetable oil on all sides.
