Potato Chebureks with Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Starch film 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried Chamomile a pinch
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked.
Step 2
Finely chop the chicken and onion.
Step 3
In olive oil, first sauté the onion, then add the chicken and season.
Step 4
In a blender, mash and whip the boiled potatoes, flour, and egg.
Step 5
Knead the dough on a surface sprinkled with starch. The dough should be soft and elastic.
Step 6
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles.
Step 7
Place a tablespoon of chicken filling in the center of the circle and carefully seal the edges.
Step 8
In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chebureks until golden brown.
Step 9
Serve with garlic sour cream sauce or simply with sour cream.
