Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- White Cabbage 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Margarine 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, dry them, mash while hot, and mix.
Step 2
Divide the potato mixture in half.
Step 3
Place one half on a greased and breadcrumb-sprinkled baking sheet in a 2 cm layer, evenly distribute the filling on top, and cover with the remaining potato mixture.
Step 4
Smooth the surface, spread sour cream on top, use a spoon to create a pattern, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with fat, and bake.
Step 5
To prepare the filling: sauté the chopped onion and carrot, cut into strips or slices. Slice the mushrooms and lightly fry them. Mix the mushrooms, carrot, onion, and chopped boiled eggs, and add pepper.
