  • Salad Potatoes 10 pieces
  • Ground meat 20 oz
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Salt to taste
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste
  • Fresh Mushrooms 15 oz
  • Garlic to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the ground meat. Add salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic, and a little finely chopped onion (to taste). Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Slice the raw potatoes into half-moons, season with a little salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, and mix.

Step 3

Clean the mushrooms, rinse well, and chop them not too finely.

Step 4

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Step 5

Grease the baking dish lightly with vegetable oil. Place a few pieces of mushrooms and some onion at the bottom of the dish. Cover with the ground meat.

Step 6

Then layer with onion and mushrooms. Cover everything with potatoes.

Step 7

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for 30 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked). Then remove, generously sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven. Increase the temperature to 480°F. Once the cheese is browned, the dish is ready.
