Potato Casserole with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Lean Beef 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, make a puree by adding milk and butter.
Step 2
Fry the ground beef in vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Layer in a baking dish: puree, fried beef, and another layer of puree.
Step 4
Spread whipped egg whites on top of the casserole and place it in the oven for 30–40 minutes.
Step 5
Serve cut into pieces, topped with a piece of butter.
Step 6
Separately fry the mushrooms with onion in vegetable oil. Serve on a plate alongside the casserole.
