- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms separately in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in salted water and puree them in a blender.
Step 3
Finely chop the chicken breast and sauté it with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the potatoes with the chicken, mushrooms, and vegetables.

Mix half of the cheese, sour cream, and eggs, then pour over the potato mixture.
