Potato Casserole with Chicken Fillet and Spinach Filling
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 30 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Spinach 0 oz
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, chop, and boil the potatoes with the carrots. Prepare the puree using any recipe.
Step 2
Turn the chicken fillet into minced meat using a meat grinder or blender.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and spinach, add them to the minced meat, crack in one egg, and mix well.
Step 4
In a non-stick baking dish (I used a ceramic one), layer the puree, then the minced meat, and top with more puree. Place in the oven. Bake at 355°F for 40–50 minutes.
Step 5
7–10 minutes before it's done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
