  • Salad Potatoes 10 oz
  • Cauliflower 10 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes.

Step 2

While the potatoes are boiling, sauté the carrots, cauliflower, onion, and garlic.

Step 3

Place everything on a baking sheet, and layer the potatoes on top of the cauliflower. Add the milk. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 4

Put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180–390°F.
