- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Potato 0 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Heat oil in an oven-safe pot on the stove. Sauté the garlic and onion until softened.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pot, cooking for another minute. Then add the potatoes and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season, cover with a lid, and bake for about an hour. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
