
Potato and Pumpkin Fritters in the Oven

Description
Sauce: sour cream, soy sauce, chili paste, green onion. The sauce is salty, so I do not add salt to the fritters.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the potatoes (I usually wash them well and do not peel them for crispiness) and pumpkin using a food processor and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Step 2
Add the eggs and flour (3–4 tablespoons), finely grated onion, minced garlic cloves, and pepper.
Step 3
Knead the mixture, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and grease it well with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Scoop the mixture into balls and then flatten them with your palm.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven (390°F). For the last 10 minutes, increase the temperature to maximum.
