Ingredients
- Golden Trout 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lime 1 piece
- White Pepper (whole) ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Cilantro to taste

Prepare the trout.

Place mayonnaise in a deep bowl, add lime juice.

Add herbes de Provence.
Step 4
Then add white pepper.
Step 5
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 6
Grate the lime zest.
Step 7
Add garlic and zest to the sauce, season with salt.

Thoroughly mix the sauce and spread it inside the fish.
Step 9
Place the trout in the heated oil in the pan.
Step 10
After 3 minutes, flip it over, cover with a lid. Reduce the heat.
Step 11
After 7–10 minutes, the fish is ready. Transfer to a plate, add cilantro, and serve.
