- Pickled Chanterelles 12 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Veal Tenderloin 5 lbs
- Onion 3 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a container, mix the port wine, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, ketchup, vinegar, marjoram, sugar, and rosemary. Add the diced meat, stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
