- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- White bread 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Pickles 3 pieces
- Parsley 3 stems
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in milk, and squeeze out the excess. Add one egg and the bread to the ground pork, season, and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. Boil the remaining eggs.
Step 2
Chop the onion and fry it until golden brown, then mix it with the parsley, diced pickles, and eggs. Form patties from the meat mixture, place the filling on each, and seal the edges. Coat in breadcrumbs and fry over medium heat until cooked through.
