Ingredients

  • Potato 3 pieces
  • Pork Blood 15 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Sour Cream 1 can
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into small strips and marinate with salt, pepper, and spices (as you like — I always add paprika, coriander, cumin, basil, and thyme) for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Sear the marinated pork in a preheated dry skillet until a golden crust forms.

Step 3

Cut the potatoes into large cubes, the carrots into matchsticks, and the onion into half rings. Cut the large florets of broccoli into smaller pieces.

Step 4

Layer the ingredients in the pots: pork, onion, carrot, broccoli, and potatoes.

Step 5

Mix the sour cream with finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.

Step 6

Pour the sauce into the pots.

Step 7

Place the pots in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
