  • Sauerkraut 15 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Clean the pork with bones, wash it, dry it, chop it into small pieces, and fry on all sides in heated oil or fat.

Step 2

Slightly squeeze the sauerkraut to remove excess brine.

Step 3

Peel the onion, wash it, finely chop it, mix it with the sauerkraut, and sauté in a deep skillet with heated oil until golden.

Step 4

Add the fried meat, mix everything well, and simmer until cooked through (if necessary, you can add a little water).
