Pork with Potatoes and Cilantro
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Water 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
In a pot with hot sunflower oil, sauté the onion until translucent.
Step 3
Cut the carrot into triangles and add it to the onion.
Step 4
Add 1 piece of butter to the vegetables. Mix well.
Step 5
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Step 6
Add the meat to the vegetables and mix. Stew for 15–20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 8
Add the potatoes to the pot, pour in the water, and add salt. Cover and let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic.
Step 10
5 minutes before it's done, add the garlic and ground pepper to the dish.
Step 11
Chop the cilantro and add it to the meat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 12
Serve the finished dish in a deep plate and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
