  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Water 15 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Safflower Oil 0 fl oz

Slice the onion into half-rings.

In a pot with hot sunflower oil, sauté the onion until translucent.
