  • Pork Blood 10 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Blue Cheese 0 oz
  • 10% cream 2 tablespoons
  • Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the Parmesan, clean the pork, make a slit on the side and place the blue cheese inside.

Step 2

Then dip the pork in the egg and coat it with Parmesan.

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour it over the meat.

Step 4

Fry in a pan and finish cooking in an oven preheated to 340°F for about 1 hour and 50 minutes, periodically (every 15–20 minutes) basting with the sauce.

Step 5

Serve with sauce and boiled potatoes.
