Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Slice the onion into rings, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then, alternately thread the pork, previously seasoned with salt and pepper, and the onion rings onto skewers. The skewers should be trimmed to the desired size beforehand.
Step 3
Place the skewers with the meat on the grill and drizzle with the remaining marinade from the onions.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F, then turn and bake for another 15 minutes at 390°F (until browned).
