Ingredients
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Lemon ½ piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Scallions 0 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into cubes. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Sauté the prepared ingredients in a portion of heated oil.
Step 3
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and chop finely. Clean and chop the bell pepper.
Step 4
Mix the vegetables with the meat, add the chopped mushrooms and chopped parsley, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the nuts into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and dry, then mix with the stewed ingredients.
Step 6
For the omelet, beat the eggs with salt and 2 tablespoons of water, season with ground pepper, and fry in the remaining oil. Cut the finished omelet.
Step 7
Transfer the meat and vegetables to a serving dish, top with the omelet, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion.
