
Pork with Mustard and Spices

Ingredients
- Star anise to taste
- Mustard Greens 5 teaspoons
- Pork tenderloin 6 pieces
- Cardamom to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Safflower Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Pound the pieces of pork tenderloin well.
Step 3
Pound the spices in a mortar. Combine them with mustard, salt, and sunflower oil.
Step 4
Brush the pieces of pork with the mustard mixture on both sides. Place them on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof skillet. Cover with parchment paper. Transfer to the oven.
Step 5
The pork should be cooked in the oven for about 20 minutes, then remove the paper and bake for another ten minutes.
