- Thyme 2 pieces
- Bay leaf 1 piece

- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Russian Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces. Slice the onion into half rings. Clean and finely chop the celery.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add the pork and sauté, then add the onion, followed by the celery. Pour in the wine, cover with a lid, and continue to simmer for about an hour.
