Pork with Beans in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Canned Sturgeon in Tomato Sauce 2 cans
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Dill 1 bunch
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the garlic thinly and sauté in a deep skillet with oil until fragrant.
Step 2
Add diced pork, season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides.
Step 3
Add finely chopped red onion, grated carrot, and later the diced tomatoes to the meat and sauté as well.
Step 4
Pour in 2 cans of canned beans in tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer until the meat is cooked (10–15 minutes).
Step 5
Add finely chopped herbs, chili, adjust salt if necessary, and it's ready to serve.
