Pork Under Cheese with Garlic

Ingredients

  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Pork Blood 25 oz
  • Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, cut the meat into thin slices, tenderize well, and marinate in spices and onions. Ideally, leave it overnight.

Step 2

Place the meat in a pot, brush each piece with soy sauce and tomato paste, and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven, place the meat on a baking sheet, and top it with the onions from the marinade.

Step 4

While the meat is cooking in the oven (30–40 minutes), slice the garlic and grate the cheese finely.

Step 5

When the meat is browned, place the garlic slices on top and leave it for another 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven and sprinkle the meat with cheese. Garnish the finished meat with herbs.
