Ingredients
- Garlic 1 head
- Sour Cream to taste
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Pork Blood 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into pieces about 1 centimeter thick, salt on both sides, and place on a baking tray. Squeeze the garlic on top and coat the pork pieces with it. Layer the sliced potatoes on top, seasoning with salt. Drizzle with a sauce made from sour cream and mayonnaise, and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 2
Bake in foil. Remove the foil 5 minutes before it is done.
