Description

A good side dish for pork tenderloin sautéed with rosemary would be potatoes or boiled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Rose Hips 3 sprigs
  • Pork tenderloin 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces 5 cm long. Season with salt and pepper. If the pork tenderloin is thawed, it should be dried with paper towels.

Step 2

From the rosemary sprigs, collect all the needles and chop them finely.

Step 3

Coat the pork in the rosemary mixture and sauté in olive oil on each side until golden brown.

Step 4

After that, wrap the meat in a double layer of foil and let it rest for 10 minutes. This allows it to reach the desired condition. This is an important step—do not skip it!
