- Pork tenderloin 15 oz
- Green peppercorns 5 pieces
- Madeira 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork tenderloin into 1 cm thick pieces, season with salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Place in a steamer tray and cook for 17 minutes.
Step 2
5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the Madeira and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked meat to a serving dish and drizzle with the sauce formed during cooking.
