
Pork Tenderloin with Garlic

Description
It's very good served cold with horseradish. I prefer to serve it this way, sliced into very thin pieces.
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 25 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, pat it dry, and rub it with salt and pepper. Stuff it with garlic.
Step 2
Roll tightly into a log and secure with kitchen twine. Wrap in three layers of foil, making sure it is tightly sealed.
Step 3
Bake until cooked through (in my oven, it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes) at a temperature of 390°F.
