Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Pickled Apples 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into slices 2 cm thick and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Place on a plate.
Step 2
Slice the apples and drizzle with lemon juice. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté the onion. Add the apples with lemon juice and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat, add sugar, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the wine and bring to a boil. Add the broth and place the pork into the sauce. Simmer uncovered until the meat is cooked through. Add sour cream, mustard, herbs, season, and warm through.
