Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 15 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the bell pepper.
Step 2
Brush the tenderloin with oil.
Step 3
Season the top with dried basil and black pepper. Add a little salt.
Step 4
Turn it over and season with chili pepper and salt.
Step 5
Place the tenderloin on a dry, hot skillet.
Step 6
Season the pepper with the same spices and brush it with oil.
Step 7
Once one side of the tenderloin is browned, flip it over.
Step 8
After 3–5 minutes, sear both sides.
Step 9
Then sear the last side.
Step 10
Transfer the meat to a dish along with the bell pepper. Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes at 390°F.
