- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Spiced Tomato Juice 1 cup
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork and vegetables.
Step 2
Sear the meat until golden brown. Add the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Next, add the vegetables and mushrooms, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the tomato juice, season with salt and spices, and add pepper.
Step 5
Simmer covered for 30–40 minutes without stirring.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped parsley and let it rest.
