Pork stew with vegetables
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Onion 1 head
- Pickles 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Dill 0 oz
- Paprika a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Dry White Wine 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it into large cubes. Season with salt, sprinkle with paprika and ginger, and drizzle with white wine. Mix and let it marinate for 30–40 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut each tuber into quarters. Peel and slice the onion into half-rings. Cut the pickles into thin strips. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the prepared meat, and fry on all sides until browned.
Step 3
In another skillet, sauté the onion in the remaining oil until golden, add the potatoes, pour in a little water, season with salt to taste, and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the potatoes to the meat, add the sliced pickles, mix, and stew everything together for 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
Wash the dill, dry it, and chop finely. Before serving, sprinkle the finished dish with dill.
