Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 6 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim excess fat and sinews from the meat. Make deep cuts along each long side to create a pocket.
Step 2
Mix the chopped tomatoes, bocconcini, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Season with salt. Stuff the mixture into the meat pockets and secure with toothpicks.
Step 3
Preheat the grill. Before grilling, lightly brush the meat with oil and season with salt. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Before serving, remove the toothpicks and serve with a salad.
