Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 3 pieces
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Pitted Wild Apricots 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro ½ bunch
- Green onion tops 1 piece
- Pitted olives 10 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Green peppercorns 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, tenderize the steaks.
Step 2
In a blender, mix mustard, apricots, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the mixture over the tenderized steaks and let them marinate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Sear the meat in olive oil over high heat for 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Place the steaks on a baking sheet, then top with: crushed garlic, sliced olives, finely chopped bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and onion, and a slice of tomato.
Step 6
Sprinkle grated cheese on top, formed into clumps.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 355°F.
