Pork steak baked in horseradish marinade
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 2 pieces
- Horseradish Leaves 5 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Italian chopped parsley 1 tablespoon
- Chili Flakes 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine horseradish and mustard.
Step 2
Add ground black pepper.
Step 3
Then add the Italian herbs.
Step 4
Add chili flakes.
Step 5
Pour in the olive oil.
Step 6
Place the meat in a baking dish.
Step 7
Generously coat the top with the sauce.
Step 8
Add a couple of sprigs of rosemary on top.
Step 9
Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 390°F.
Step 10
After 35 minutes, the dish is ready.
